The DCNR Snowmobile/ATV Registration Section is located at 1101 South Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. Snowmobile/ATV Registration Section office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Our office can be contacted at 1-866-545-2476 with the PennDOT Call Center servicing your call.
Payments accepted on any Snowmobile or ATV Transactions will be Checks, Money Orders, Debit Cards or Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). Cash payments cannot be accepted.
